Spray the paste with vinegar and scrub until the mold is gone. Mix equal parts water and vinegar and fill a spray bottle labeled shower spray with the solution.
Combine the water and baking soda into a thick paste and paint it on all moldy spots. The process is similar to the one above and requires that you soak the head in several cups of vinegar. Knock off as much mold as you can and dip the cloth or sponge back into the bleach solution as needed. You can clean the shower head with plain white vinegar and skip the baking soda.
