To make your own flour tortillas start by mixing 4 cups of flour 1 teaspoon of baking powder and 1 teaspoon of salt in a large bowl.
Turn out onto floured surface and knead. Divide dough into 8 portions. Lightly dust your surface with flour then remove your dough from the bowl and knead gently for a couple of minutes. On a lightly floured surface roll each portion into a 7 in. Roll dough ball in just a bit of masa.
